Abstract

This blog examines the legal implications of Artificial Intelligence in India. It discusses the constitutional concerns surrounding privacy, equality, and individual liberty while analysing the impact of AI on data protection, liability, intellectual property rights, and cyber security. The article further evaluates the existing legal framework governing AI and highlights the need for a balanced regulatory approach that promotes innovation while safeguarding fundamental rights and public interests.
