Abstract

This paper contains what essential effective communication strategies required for becoming a successful leader. Effective communication is a fundamental component of successful leadership, as it enables leaders to build trust, foster collaboration, and guide teams toward shared objectives. This paper examines the significance of communication in leadership by exploring its role in decision making, conflict resolution, employee motivation, and organizational effectiveness. Drawing upon practical examples and leadership principles, highlighting how active listening, clarity, empathy, and timely feedback contribute to stronger leader follower relationships. This further proposes the SKETCH framework as a strategic model for enhancing leadership communication. This concludes that leaders who cultivate effective communication competencies are better positioned to inspire collective action, foster collaborative work environments, and navigate the complexities of modern organizational settings.
