Abstract

The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 was mainly establish to provide the protection and rehabilitation t to the child in conflict with law and child in need of care and protection to the children. Even though its woks properly but it faced the lots of challenges, this article mainly focus on the challenges which affect the proper implementation of the act. This paper mainly focused on the three main challenges such as, lack of infrastructure, challenges in adoption, lack of awareness. This article follows the doctrinal based methodology, which evaluate the already existing articles, reports etc. it finally end with the proper conclusion. Key words: JJ act, implementation challenges, lack of infrastructure, lack of awareness, adoption
