Abstract

IN THE WORLD OF DIFFERENT OPINIONS AND PERSPECTIVES, VARIED WITH THE WIDE RANGE OF DEBATES OVER THE DIFFERENT CONCEPTS AND PRACTICES, AFFECTING THE WORLD TODAY, BUT THE ULTIMATE OPINIONATED TOPIC WHICH STILL EXISTS WITH A GREAT EMERGENCE IN TODAY'S WORLD IS WOMEN'S RIGHTS AND THEIR EMERGENCE, THE ARTICLE SPECIFIES THE INDIAN LAW AND STATUTES COVERING UP THE WIDE RANGE OF PROTECTION LAYERS IN THE FORM OF DIFFERENT LEGAL PROVISIONS PROVIDED TO THE WOMEN IN THE COUNTRY. THE ARTICLE ALSO REFLECTS THE SUGGESTIONS TO THE RESPECTIVE PROBLEMS AND CHALLENGES TO THE EXECUTION OF THE WOMEN' SAFETY RULES AND PROVISIONS.
