Abstract

Alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation, may offer more flexible and tailored solutions compared to traditional court proceedings. Mediation can help the disputing parties navigate the technical complexities of the smart contract code and work towards a resolution that preserves the underlying intent of the agreement, in a more efficient and cost-effective manner. We will discuss potential solutions to these challenges will be discussed.
