Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming multiple sectors of our society, and the legal field is no exception to it. From predictive analytics in litigation to automated contract drafting, AI is reshaping the way legal services are delivered to a layman. This transformation is not only affecting legal practice to some extend but also significantly influencing legal education. Traditional models of legal education, that rely heavily on theoretical learning and case law analysis, are increasingly being challenged by the need for technological competence and interdisciplinary knowledge.
This research paper briefly talks about how AI can fix the communication issues between an advocate and their client that would be free from personal biases, knowledge gaps, brain scatter, language barriers.
This research paper explores the intersection of AI, society, and legal education. It examines how AI is influencing legal systems, altering the role of lawyers, and demanding a shift in legal pedagogy. The study also reviews existing literature, analyses relevant case studies, and discusses the legal frameworks governing AI. A critical evaluation is undertaken to understand both the opportunities and risks posed by AI in legal education. It also discusses the future of the legal professionals in this AI driven world. Finally, the paper provides a practical suggestion for adapting legal education to cope up with future demands while preserving ethical and professional values.
