Abstract

This Blog Investigate how institutional failures and biases contribute to victim blaming in India, especially in cases of sexual violence. Drawing on landmark cases, statuary provisions like BNSS and BSA and research by NCRB and NIH, the article argues reforms in legal practice, policing and public perception.
