Abstract

Corporate social responsibility is the most important tool for the improvement of society and reduction of poverty, it mainly focuses if any impact made by the companies, the companies those made the impact on society will be responsible. This was the mandatory requirement for the companies under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, it provides the threshold limits for the companies and involves the impact assessment report. The companies also concentrate some projects and willing to collaborate with the government. In this article we mainly talk about the Education improvements made by the companies through CSR funding. Even though the CSR provides lots improvements it also faces some challenges. In this article we talk about the challenges faces by the companies in CSR compliance and provides some suggestions to improve.
