Abstract

From the Crime Scene to the Courtroom: The Role of Forensic Evidence and Cross-Examination is a story of how facts travel from dust, blood, fiber, and fingerprints to the cold precision of legal argument. In a criminal case, forensic helps uncover what happened, while cross-examination testes whether that scientific story can stand up in court.
