Abstract

This paper examines the importance of work-life balance in promoting employee well-being within the framework of Indian labour laws and constitutional principles. It analyses the impact of workplace practices on employees' physical and mental health, explores relevant legal provisions and judicial precedents, and highlights the need for organisational policies that support healthier and more sustainable work environments.
