ODISHA HIGH COURT'S BAIL ORDER ON CLEANING THE POLICE STATION AND THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM’S UNEVEN OPERATION ON HISTORICALLY MARGINALISED COMMUNITIES

This blog examines the Odisha High Court’s bail orders requiring Dalit and Adivasi protesters to clean a police station as a condition for bail.
