In today's times, PIL have become a very common daily aspect of our legal world, with numerous being filed every hour. PILs have led to developments in almost all aspects of rights of citizens, whether it was clean environment or to live with dignity. In here a point of thought then arises, whether was PIL always existent or was it a result of judicial reform.
