Abstract

In brief, it argues that India's overloaded courts and legal system make legal tech a necessity rather than a luxury, surveys current tools (e-Courts, AI legal research, contract review, ODR, LPO automation), and looks ahead to predictive analytics, native-language AI, blockchain land records, and AI-assisted drafting — while flagging infrastructure gaps and resistance to change as key barriers
