Abstract

This blog examines the relationship between Fundamental Rights and Fundamental Duties under the Constitution of India. It briefly discusses the major Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Part III and the Fundamental Duties provided under Article 51A, highlighting their respective roles in protecting individual liberty and promoting social responsibility. The blog argues that a strong and democratic society requires not only the protection of constitutional rights but also responsible exercise of those rights and commitment to civic duties.
