Abstract

This article deals with the details analysis of the visakha and others versus state of Rajasthan and others ( 1997). The article includes the introduction, background ,facts, issues, contentions by the parties judgement and guidelines lay down in this side case. Not only this but I will also discuss what is the effect of this case and how we get the new law for sexual harassment of women at workplace and the emergence of international law in India by this case law.
