Abstract

Artificial intelligence is increasingly making decisions that affect individual and society, raising questions about legal accountable. This Blog examines responsibility for AI generated harm should rest with developers, users, companies or regulator, and argues that human actor must remain accountable for the access of AI systems. It highlights the need for clear legal framework to ensure fairness, transparency, and effective oversight in the age of automated decision making
