Responsibilities of Editors

- The editorial board of IJRLM has the last say about whether or not a paper submitted to the journal should be published, and in making this decision, it is constrained by the guidelines established by the board of IJRLM for the journal.
- The editors have the full authority to refuse to publish a submission due to copyright violations, plagiarism, unfinished pre-publication procedures, and other reasons.
- All members of the work team collaborate with one another, and all papers undergo critical evaluation in order to uphold the journal’s standards.
- The Editor-in-Chief’s choice is final and binding.
- Editors handle all correspondence about manuscripts (both with authors and reviewers) and can be contacted with any questions about the same.
Responsibilities of Reviewers
At IJRLM, reviewers are always encouraged to provide their thoughts and ideas as well as helpful criticism to improve all submitted articles. All reviewers are encouraged to voice their comments regarding the similarity of the material and any such instance for the manuscript under consideration.
